Shipping/Handling Fees Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.  Depending on the shipping date orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive.  However, we ask that you allow up to a week to receive your order.  All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  Shipping charges will not be refunded on refused or undeliverable shipments. Returns/Exchanges Our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us.  If you receive an item and it does not fit properly, you may exchange it or up to 5 days from when the item was received.  All items must be in original condition.  A replacement item will be shipped free of charge.  Return shipping & handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
